What’s New This Season: A Closer Look at Our 2026 Product Lineup

As we head into the 2026 growing season, farmers across the region are facing a familiar challenge: getting the most out of every input while dealing with increasingly unpredictable weather and nutrient loss.

After pulling hundreds of soil and tissue tests across our area, one thing is clear, there are still some major gaps in how nutrients are being managed in the field.

At Wells Ag Supply, we’ve been working closely with growers to identify those gaps and bring forward practical solutions that fit real-world operations. This season, we’re introducing three new technologies designed to improve nutrient efficiency, crop performance, and overall return on investment: Sulfur Pro, Magnify, and Accelerate.

The Sulfur Problem Most Farms Are Overlooking

If there’s one nutrient that continues to be underapplied, it’s sulfur.

In fact, after reviewing hundreds of soil tests, sulfur consistently shows up as one of the most deficient macronutrients. The reason is simple: sulfur doesn’t stick around. It leaches easily, especially in years with heavy rainfall, and even well-planned fertility programs can come up short by the time crops reach critical reproductive stages.

Many growers are applying 35–40 units early in the season and still seeing deficiencies later on. And if your sulfur-to-nitrogen ratio isn’t hitting at least 17%, there’s a strong chance your crop will be short at tassel.

A Better Way to Deliver Sulfur: Introducing Sulfur Pro

Sulfur Pro was developed to solve this exact problem.

It’s a foliar-applied sulfur product designed for use at the reproductive stage, right when the plant needs it most. Sulfur Pro delivers an additional 5–7 units of plant-available sulfur, helping fill the gap when soil-applied nutrients are no longer sufficient.

But what really sets it apart is its delivery system.

Sulfur Pro uses a silica-based carrier that encapsulates the sulfur (and anything else in your spray tank) and drives it directly into the leaf. This process enhances uptake through endocytosis, improving efficiency and ensuring more of what you apply actually gets used by the plant.

Even better, this same mechanism can enhance the performance of fungicides and other tank-mix partners, making your application work harder across the board.

Get More Out of Every Application with Magnify

Alongside Sulfur Pro, we’re also offering Magnify, which is the same silica delivery technology as a standalone product.

Think of Magnify as a utility player for your operation. It can be used in multiple ways:

  • In-furrow: Chelate micronutrients and support biologicals
  • 2×2 or pre-plant: Stabilize nitrogen and sulfur, reducing volatilization and tie-up
  • Foliar applications: Improve herbicide uptake and effectiveness

In trials, we’ve seen 20–25% better uptake and performance when Magnify is added to herbicide applications like Liberty or Enlist.

It’s 100% organic, safe on the soil, and designed to make every product in your tank more effective. Simply put, it helps you get more value out of the inputs you’re already using.

Stronger Starts with Accelerate Seed Treatment

The third piece of the lineup is Accelerate, our new seed treatment program built to improve early-season performance.

Accelerate combines our Environoc 401 Seed Treatment technology with a targeted food source to support seedling vigor and development. It’s compatible with fungicide and insecticide packages, and we offer key products like Sutro and Olivo at cost as part of the program.

What can you expect in the field?

  • Up to 3x improvement in cold saturation germination
  • More uniform and even emergence
  • Increased seed energy and early growth
  • Improved nodulation in soybeans

In tough planting conditions, those early advantages can make a significant difference by the time you get to harvest.

A Smarter Approach to 2026

Farming in 2026 isn’t just about applying more, it’s about applying smarter. Nutrient timing, availability, and uptake efficiency all play a critical role in maximizing yield potential.

At Wells Ag Supply, our focus is on helping you fine-tune your program so you’re not leaving yield (or money $$) on the table.

If you’re questioning whether your sulfur program is enough, looking to improve nutrient efficiency, or want to get more out of your seed investment, these new technologies are worth a closer look.

Field day

August 11th,  9AM or 12PM  \\  Wells Ag Supply Research Farm

Join us for a hands-on field day exploring soil differences, fertility response, and profitability across the same field.

  • Experience soil pits in multiple BaselineRx management zones.
  • See why neighboring areas of the same field can perform dramatically differently.
  • Learn how soil mineralization, WEOC, and nutrient availability impact fertilizer decisions.
  • Walk away with practical ideas you can apply to your own operation this fall.

See You There!
